Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
These Terms govern access to 67Prep (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. Provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Educators represent that they are authorized to invite, instruct, and review the records of students in their classes. Accounts may not be shared.
2. Educational purpose and no score guarantee
67Prep is an organization, study-planning, resource-aggregation, and progress-tracking tool. It is not an official testing service, school, or substitute for professional educational judgment. Lessons, calendars, predicted scores, AI responses, and educator insights are study aids and estimates only. We do not promise admission, scholarship eligibility, score improvement, a particular SAT score, or any other academic result. Users should verify important test dates, registration rules, formulas, and official requirements with the applicable official source.
3. College Board and third-party independence
67Prep is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by College Board. SAT and related College Board names and marks belong to College Board. 67Prep also is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnePrep, Desmos, YouTube, Khan Academy, or other linked resource providers. External sites are governed by their own terms and policies, and availability or accuracy is not controlled by 67Prep.
4. Acceptable use
- Use 67Prep only for lawful educational and tutoring purposes.
- Do not access another person's account or student record without authorization.
- Do not scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful material, official test content obtained improperly, or material you lack permission to use.
- Do not use educator/join codes to solicit, harass, profile, advertise to, or exploit students.
5. User content
You keep ownership of lawful notes, reports, reflections, and files you upload. You grant 67Prep a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service, provide it to you and your authorized educator, maintain security, and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to upload the content.
6. Educator responsibilities
Educators are responsible for their student rosters, assignments, student communications, and lawful authority to process student information. Educators must protect their educator code and remove access when it is no longer needed. School and district users are responsible for obtaining required approvals and entering any required agreement with 67Prep before institution-directed use.
7. Current access and future subscriptions
67Prep may provide free or early access during launch. We will not charge a user unless the user affirmatively selects a paid plan and is shown its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation terms before purchase. Future educator subscriptions may be governed by additional checkout terms presented at purchase. We may change or discontinue free features with reasonable notice when practical.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using 67Prep or delete your account at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment of a future paid plan, legal requirements, or harm to users or the Service. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or results. We do not warrant that third-party links, videos, resources, or AI-generated explanations will remain available, error-free, or suitable for every student.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 67Prep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or academic outcomes. 67Prep's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid to 67Prep by the claimant during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and changes
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice when required.
